Information required to submit a request

You are not required by law or by contract to provide us with personal data through the website. However, you must provide your name and email address to submit a request. A message is also required when submitting a general contact request.

Cookies and data stored in your browser

The website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural tracking technologies.

We use browser session storage to retain your selected sauna configuration, interface state and unfinished quotation request during the current browser session. This may include the selected sauna model, delivery format, glass type, wood finish, a technical configuration identifier and the contact details and message you enter in the quotation request form.

This information is stored locally in your browser for the duration of the session and is not transmitted to us merely because it is stored there. If you submit a quotation request, the configuration choices included in that request are transmitted to us together with the request.

Who has access to your data

Within Leili Lab, access to contact requests is limited to persons who need it in order to handle those requests.

We use service providers for hosting and email services. These providers process the personal data necessary to provide those services on our behalf.

We may also disclose personal data to competent public authorities where required by law, or to other persons where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties for advertising purposes.

Where your data is processed

Our service providers may process data within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Transfers of personal data from the United Kingdom to the EEA are made on the basis of applicable UK adequacy regulations. Where the EU GDPR applies, transfers of personal data from the EEA to the United Kingdom are made on the basis of the applicable European Commission adequacy decision.

To protect our contact form from misuse, we temporarily store a scrambled version of your IP address. It is used only for this security purpose and is automatically deleted within approximately 75 minutes. The original IP address is not stored for this purpose.

Server logs may contain IP addresses and other technical request information and are retained only for as long as necessary for website operation, security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions and limitations of applicable data protection law, you may have the right to:

• have inaccurate personal data corrected;
